This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for MadeDay subscriptions provided by Burak Emre Taşer (trading as MadeDay) (MadeDay, we, us). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Billing
MadeDay is billed US$5,990 per month at the standard rate (US$2,500 per month for founding members — the first 3 members, locked for the life of the subscription), in advance, through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically until paused or canceled.
2. Pause before you cancel
If you do not have enough work in a given period, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling. Pausing banks your remaining days so you can resume later without losing time you have paid for.
3. Refund eligibility
- Money-back window: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided no deliverable has yet been accepted or marked shipped.
- Renewals: renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, pause or cancel before your next billing date.
- Partial periods: we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period; pausing is offered instead.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable: work already delivered and accepted, completed requests, and any third-party costs paid on your behalf.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@madeday.co from the address on your account with your subscription details and the reason for your request. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds and billing support are handled through Paddle — you can also manage your subscription and reach billing support directly at paddle.net. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, within 5–10 business days. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer laws of Türkiye or your country of residence.
